Our bilingual advocates build trusting relationships with clients and work alongside them to complete applications, interpret critical conversations, and connect them to local and regional resources.<\/p><p data-start=\"1069\" data-end=\"1362\">This culturally responsive program helps remove barriers that often stand between individuals and the services they need. Whether it\u2019s translating at a medical appointment, understanding tenant rights, or finding pathways to GED and ESL programs, our advocates are there every step of the way.<\/p><p data-start=\"1364\" data-end=\"1680\">In 2026, HRCTV aims to expand this initiative through outreach pop-up events, stronger partnerships with regional service providers, and the launch of bilingual digital literacy workshops.
